You may pay for your online purchases with your activated AGO Gift Card.

All pricing is shown in Canadian currency.
We accept the following credit cards:

Your credit card will be charged the day that you place your order.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation and order summary the date you place your order.
Please keep your Order Confirmation Number for purposes of order tracking.
Order cancellation will be accepted via email within 24 hours of initial placement of order.
Please note that shipping is available to only one address per order; this includes gift registry.
Shipping is available to most destinations within Canada, the U.S. and major international locations.
We offer UPS Canada Standard , UPS US Standard , and UPS World Wide Express Saver; Canada Post Domestic Regular, Canada Post International Air and Canada Post International Surface. Please note that Canada Post shipping times can be significantly longer for delivery - please visit www.canadapost.ca for shipping timeframe references.
UPS Standard orders in Canada will be delivered within 7 business days for most in stock merchandise.
In the event of any shipping delays, you will be notified by email.
International UPS orders should allow up to 10 business days provided there are no delays in customs.
The AGO will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days, at which point you have the option to wait until the item becomes available.
Some heavy or bulky items may require additional shipping charges. We will communicate any additional charges to you prior to shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination.
To determine shipping rates, simply begin the checkout process. Enter your address or account information and proceed to the “Delivery Information” page. Here you can select the shipping service you want and the corresponding charge.
Sales Tax, Customs and Duty
Sales taxes are charged on Canadian shipping addresses by province; all customs and duties charges are the responsibility of the receiver according to the applicable laws of your country. Customs and duty charges will be billed separately by the shipping carrier.
We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of shipment.
We will only accept returns if we have been notified in advance by e-mail (email@example.com) of your intention to return the merchandise.
The merchandise must be in original condition, accompanied by the sales receipt and shipped back to shop AGO prepaid in the original packaging. All refunds will be tendered as per the original purchase. Refunds will be issued once the merchandise has been received, provided it is in original condition. We will not refund any shipping or duty charges. Earrings, tableware and special order items are not returnable.
